Hi, I’m Giancarlo — an Emmy Award–winning Creative Director and design leader. I build visual worlds, lead teams, and shape brand stories that move culture.

My work sits at the intersection of motion, identity, and narrative — always rooted in strong concept and elevated craft.

I’ve spent nearly 15 years guiding creative teams through brand evolutions, campaign development, and large-scale storytelling across broadcast, digital, and live event experiences. I care about clarity of vision, pushing into new territory, and building environments where designers and animators feel empowered to bring their strongest ideas forward.

At Nickelodeon, I led multi-disciplinary teams in reimagining how the brand shows up in culture — most notably developing the visual language for its crossover into live sports, contributing to the brand’s first Sports Emmy for Outstanding Live Graphic Design. The win wasn’t the point — the shift was. New audience. New tone. New expectation of what a kids’ network could look and feel like.
