Hi, I’m Giancarlo.

I’m an Emmy-winning Creative Director and design leader focused on building brand storytelling through design, motion, and meaning.

I create work that lives at the intersection of design systems, motion, and narrative, always rooted in strong concept and elevated craft. My role is to set the creative direction, shape the system, and lead teams toward work that feels intentional, cohesive, and culturally relevant.

Over the past 13+ years, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams through rebrands, campaigns, and large-scale storytelling across broadcast, digital, and live experiences, often at national or global scale. I care deeply about clarity of vision, pushing into new territory, and building environments where designers and animators are trusted to do their best work.

At Nickelodeon, I helped reimagine how the brand shows up in culture, from global rebrands to live events and its crossover into sports. That work contributed to the brand’s first Sports Emmy for Outstanding Live Graphic Design. The award wasn’t the goal. The shift was. New audiences. New tone. A higher expectation for what the brand could look and feel like.
